The move went beautifully. Adam, Mike, Kevin and Harold were professional and went above and beyond to help us out and work with us. This was not an easy move – 3,500 square foot house. There was a lot to do and there was not one complaint from anyone. They worked until the job was completed and did everything we asked of them. I have moved across the country three times and know that it is difficult to move without something being damaged. I was 100% pleased with Viktoria professional movers – thank you! I located Viktoria Professional Movers on Homestars and also had call a couple other companies that have moved me in the past but they were booked and I needed to look for someone new. Got a quote quickly, without any weird clauses or shady language. I called just to make sure there were no surprises and booked the date. They showed up as promised and worked hard the entire time. Minor shock for me when it came time to pay the bill still no surprises, the price was exactly as quoted! The crew that came were great. They knew exactly what they were doing and completed the work under the minimum time on site. Very friendly. They took apart all the beds and put them back together at the new house. Big screen TV’s (60in) they took care of it and packed it away in a box. Surprisingly, nothing was damaged during the entire process. I’ve recommended them to all my friends, and if I ever had to move again, I’d definitely use Viktoria again without a question.

We moved to Toronto from Owen Sound in January but our new home was not ready until March. The movers we used from Owen Sound moved our home into a storage unit in Toronto, so once our home was ready in Toronto, we had to find a local company to move our stuff from the storage unit to our new home. Upon many phone calls and research on homestars we decided to hire Viktoria Movers and we are so glad we did. They arrived on time, even in the rain at the storage unit. Loaded up the trailer and van, which considering they did not know what the original movers had really done was a task in itself, they did a very good job of finding everything that had been taken apart and put in drawers that needed to be put together once it was in the new condo. The two young men were very professional and handled everything with care. We would not only recommend them to our friends we would also use them in the future if we needed in movers.

Viktoria Moving initially came out and gave us a free estimate for packing and moving. The person who came out was on time and was thorough. Once we selected them they sent 4 packers. They arrived on time and had all the necessary packing materials. They were very polite and patient. The household goods and furniture were going to several different locations so we had to decide on where several of the items had to go that were being packed. They did a very good job of packing and marking everything and at the same time were very quick and efficient despite our indecision on several of the items. They moved us the following day, again they were on time and were very polite and professional. The furniture and boxes were loaded very efficiently and quickly. They had to off load at two different locations which was done efficiently. There was no damage to any of the items. We were very pleased and would recommend them strongly. Their attitude and professionalism made the move much easier than we expected and they were under their estimate.
