We did not have a simple one day move. Our mortgage company kept pushing our closing – for 3 weeks to be exact. It got to the point where we had to be out of our existing house, but had no where to go, but a hotel. Viktoria came and got all of our household items, furniture, everything!, and moved it to their warehouse. Our things ended up being there for a week. Once we finally closed on our new home, the same crew of nice Moves moved our items very professionally into our new home. Nothing was broken. All of the employees were very courteous and polite. During that 3 week period, I spoke with Ray several times on the phone and he was always very professional as well. I can not say enough good things about Viktoria. I do not plan on moving for quite some time, but If yes I gonna use them again. I will tell any of my friends who are moving, this is the company to call. Thanks guys!

We did the packing and moved most of the small stuff. ViktoriaMovers showed up with 3 trucks and 8 men. About 6 hours later they left. They put everything where we asked and had to move several large pieces down a narrow stairway. This was a second time that we moved our office in 14 years, so needless to say we had accumulated lots of staff. The estimate was the lowest we got and they came in under estimate. The office staff were helpful and friendly. The crew was friendly and professional. It went better than we expected, and they helped us set everything up quickly so that we only missed 2 working days.

We were really trying to keep to an hour so it would be affordable and despite having to back the truck slowly into a tight alley they managed to pull it off. They really hustled to help us out and even offered some great chitchat on the ride there. Friendly professional, fast and gentle. What more can you ask for from movers.

The owner of the company even came out with a piece of equipment to help make their move a bit easier! I am very pleased at the workmanship the company exudes. we had a most excellent experience with Viktoria. From the day Adam arrived to give us an estimate, leaving us with a professional brochure and a real sense of what they offer, it was obvious they were head and shoulders above the other two companies we interviewed. On moving day they called ahead, arrived on time and handled everything in a polite and professional manner. They were extremely careful with our belongings and residences old and new. They went above an beyond for us, even moving things around a couple of times until my husband was satisfied with their placement. The great thing is, they gave us a dollar range and the final bill was at the lower end of the estimate. Would’nt hesitate to recommend this company and we will absolutely use them again.
