We moved from the family home to an apartment & items to storage in September and then apartment & items from storage to new home in February. I cannot say how happy we are with Viktoria Movers, AGAIN. I called them 2 yrs ago to pack and move my 1st floor while we renovated, and they were excellent. Delicate china all intact, the giant heavy glass and brass china cabinet– scary for me to watch but they didn’t even break a sweat. So when it came time to move to a new house this year, I didn’t hesitate to call on Viktoria again for both packing and moving. I thought the estimate was great– they gave a high and low of the range (I assumed that we would come in on the high end, we have a LOT of stuff). On packing day, showed up right on time, got the lay of the land, and got down to work. Jammed all day, and got the entire house (which was a semi-detached, but every closet was FULL and the basement, while organized with lots of shelving, was quite full also) done in the time they said they would. They advised that we’d need another guy and another truck on moving day, which we both appreciated the professionalism and of course approved, and on Moving Day, again, came right on time, and got down to it. Loading was quicker than my husband (a former mover) expected. Unloading at our new house took a bit of time b/c of the stairs and some narrow passages, but they moved like a well oiled machine. My husband and I helped direct traffic, and we got it done well before dark in a reasonable amount of time. Every interaction I have with Viktoria Movers is super professional and also very friendly. They take the time to listen to you and work with you, they are very patient and know that moving is a stressful time. They answered all my questions in the time leading up to the move, and even after the move as well. I recommend them to everyone I know in the GTA, and my husband has recommended them for office moves as well. Keep up the good work folks!

I have to say the service was amazing! I called and scheduled the move, I received a phone confirmation on the day before the move. I received a phone call, as promised, when the team was on their way. They promised to arrive between 8-10 am and hit that window perfectly. When the team arrived, they each introduced themselves, in a very professional manner. We did a walk through of the house on what to take and what to leave. They went to work within seconds after the walk through! The team, really hustled and worked hard! I offered them some beverages and snacks, and they were very appreciative and grateful. The snacks didn’t slow them down, they kept working! They were extremely polite, and conscientious about making sure that neither house was damaged in the process of the move, they made sure to ask if they were unsure of where an item should go, and they did it all with a smile on their face. They were extremely pleasant the entire day and made moving as fun as possible. If I ever move again, I would want these guys to do it! I highly recommend Viktoria movers, especially if Alex, Marco and Greg are a representative of all employees in the company. We had tons of stuff! It was an 8 hour move and these guys left with a smile on their face, the way they arrived. The last movers I hired were horrifying, so it was especially pleasant to have such a wonderful experience. The move went beautifully. Adam, Mike, Kevin and Harold were professional and went above and beyond to help us out and work with us. This was not an easy move – 3,500 square foot house. There was a lot to do and there was not one complaint from anyone. They worked until the job was completed and did everything we asked of them. I have moved across the country three times and know that it is difficult to move without something being damaged. I was 100% pleased with Viktoria professional movers – thank you! If we ever move again, you will be the first people we call!!!

We used Viktoria Movers for a two-part move in late 2014 and early 2015: moving our belongings from our former house into Viktoria’s storage facility, then moving into our new condo two months later. They were terrific to work with, from the initial telephone call to obtain a cost quote until the final box was placed in our new home. Maria and her crew of movers were highly professional, polite and knowledgable. They took great care of our furniture and other belongings.
