Boris and his team at Viktoria Moving did a full service move for us and it was one of the best moving experiences we’ve ever had. His entire team (2+Boris) arrived at our house in Pickering promptly on the Friday morning and were very efficient and thorough. Each of the rooms was packed up individually with the least impact possible (you almost couldn’t tell they had been in the rooms). The following day Boris and his team picked up a few remaining items at the old house and then quickly started unpacking at the new house. We were very impressed at the attention to detail as each of the kid’s rooms in the new house was setup exactly as it was in the old house. More importantly the move finished on schedule (2 days total) and the price came in lower than what had been estimated. If you’re looking for a stress-free move I would highly suggest you go with Viktoria.

We did not have a simple one day move. Our mortgage company kept pushing our closing – for 3 weeks to be exact. It got to the point where we had to be out of our existing house, but had no where to go, but a hotel. Viktoria came and got all of our household items, furniture, everything!, and moved it to their warehouse. Our things ended up being there for a week. Once we finally closed on our new home, the same crew of nice Moves moved our items very professionally into our new home. Nothing was broken. All of the employees were very courteous and polite. During that 3 week period, I spoke with Ray several times on the phone and he was always very professional as well. I can not say enough good things about Viktoria. I do not plan on moving for quite some time, but If yes I gonna use them again. I will tell any of my friends who are moving, this is the company to call. Thanks guys!

Now that the dust has settled after the move, I just want to thank the Viktoria team for making this the most painless move ever – I have moved 15 times in the last 30 years and this was the most amazing one! The guys were courteous, friendly, efficient, and punctual; I couldn’t have asked for a better crew! I will definitely be referring the company to friends and family!

Probably the best move experience my wife and I have ever had. We have moved 5+ times in the past few years, always doing it ourselves. Viktoria Movers was one of the lowest quotes we received of the 3 companies we interviewed. They took care of the parking permit required in the city, were prompt in all responses and on move in day, and were very professional throughout the entire move. At the end of the day nothing was broken and the move took less time than expected. I would definitely use them again though I hopefully don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

I just finished a long distance move from Buffalo using Viktoria. I wanted to use a local company because I heard that was the best policy. Service was great both ends, particularly the workers who showed up to my Buffalo apartment to do the packing. It was just me and I didn’t have the time to do a lot of prep, they handled everything and got me off to a good start. I have a lot of stuff and the old place was 5 bedrooms, so they send 4 dudes…got the place packed up in one day and all loaded up the following day. The office stayed in touch with me throughout the week to let me know how things were going and keep me in the loop. Some of the best money I’ve ever spend, this was a comforting experience.
