My friend recommended Viktoria and I thought they were awesome. They arrived right on time and were efficient and friendly. I had stupidly not realized that my bed wouldn’t fit through the door until the AM of my move, so I was stressing about that. But one of the movers assured me it was easily taken care of, grabbed some power tools and took it apart for me in minutes.

They unloaded everything in great time at the other place, even asking me before they left if I wanted anything moved around. I really hope I don’t have to move for awhile, but if I do I would definitely use them. And would recommend them for the most stress-free moving experience you can get.

We moved to Toronto from Owen Sound in January but our new home was not ready until March. The movers we used from Owen Sound moved our home into a storage unit in Toronto, so once our home was ready in Toronto, we had to find a local company to move our stuff from the storage unit to our new home. Upon many phone calls and research on homestars we decided to hire Viktoria Movers and we are so glad we did. They arrived on time, even in the rain at the storage unit. Loaded up the trailer and van, which considering they did not know what the original movers had really done was a task in itself, they did a very good job of finding everything that had been taken apart and put in drawers that needed to be put together once it was in the new condo. The two young men were very professional and handled everything with care. We would not only recommend them to our friends we would also use them in the future if we needed in movers.

I have to say the service was amazing! I called and scheduled the move, I received a phone confirmation on the day before the move. I received a phone call, as promised, when the team was on their way. They promised to arrive between 8-10 am and hit that window perfectly. When the team arrived, they each introduced themselves, in a very professional manner. We did a walk through of the house on what to take and what to leave. They went to work within seconds after the walk through! The team, really hustled and worked hard! I offered them some beverages and snacks, and they were very appreciative and grateful. The snacks didn’t slow them down, they kept working! They were extremely polite, and conscientious about making sure that neither house was damaged in the process of the move, they made sure to ask if they were unsure of where an item should go, and they did it all with a smile on their face. They were extremely pleasant the entire day and made moving as fun as possible. If I ever move again, I would want these guys to do it! I highly recommend Viktoria movers, especially if Alex, Marco and Greg are a representative of all employees in the company. We had tons of stuff! It was an 8 hour move and these guys left with a smile on their face, the way they arrived. The last movers I hired were horrifying, so it was especially pleasant to have such a wonderful experience. Thank you Viktoria movers and team for such a wonderful experience!! I would recommend them for anyone needing movers.

We did the packing and moved most of the small stuff. ViktoriaMovers showed up with 3 trucks and 8 men. About 6 hours later they left. They put everything where we asked and had to move several large pieces down a narrow stairway. This was a second time that we moved our office in 14 years, so needless to say we had accumulated lots of staff. The estimate was the lowest we got and they came in under estimate. The office staff were helpful and friendly. The crew was friendly and professional. It went better than we expected, and they helped us set everything up quickly so that we only missed 2 working days.

Ours was the second move of the day for this crew from Viktoria Moving. We were told that they would come to us as close to 2 pm as possible, following another job. The crew leader called at 2 pm and said they were on their way, so I was very impressed with their punctuality. You would think that they would be tired and slow by mid-afternoon especially in the winter cold, but they were awesome! They charge about $120/hr for two men and a truck but they also sent a third man for just $35/hr extra which turned out to be an incredible deal. Adam, Mike and Boris could not have been nicer and could not have worked harder. They loaded stuff from 2 locations and hauled it up two flights of stairs at the final destination and assembled a bunch of furniture for us – all in just over 6 hours. Very impressive. Additionally, the office staff/phone experience was equally pleasant. I would recommend Viktoria Moving to anybody any day.
