get an estimate

Viktoria Moving initially came out and gave us a free estimate for packing and moving. The person who came out was on time and was thorough. Once we selected them they sent 4 packers. They arrived on time and had all the necessary packing materials. They were very polite and patient. The household goods and furniture were going to several different locations so we had to decide on where several of the items had to go that were being packed. They did a very good job of packing and marking everything and at the same time were very quick and efficient despite our indecision on several of the items. They moved us the following day, again they were on time and were very polite and professional. The furniture and boxes were loaded very efficiently and quickly. They had to off load at two different locations which was done efficiently. There was no damage to any of the items. We were very pleased and would recommend them strongly. Their attitude and professionalism made the move much easier than we expected and they were under their estimate.

The team from Viktoria was AMAZING! My daughter asked for an estimate, guessing that it would take the team 6 hours, and then paid the $100.00 deposit to move both her and her new roommate into their first post-graduation apartment. The girls’ estimate was low but the movers took the extra time in stride. They were careful, polite, and funny! I would recommend them for any move!

We used Viktoria Professional Movers for our residential move (2-bedroom-apartment) within Toronto this year, and it was simply the smoothest experience ever. We had done most of the boxing and prep work ourselves, based on the advice given to us in advance by our movers, which helped a lot and saved us some money as well.

I wanted to use a local GTA mover for my long distance move to Laval Quebec because I am skeptical about those big moving companies, better to have someone local and accountable. Viktoria came recommended from a family friend and they immediately impressed: sensible estimate, asked a bunch of questions, informative, cute voice at the office. My experience with them was very professional and capable. A good, fair price for service that it seems to me is probably the best deal better then you can expect from others. They kept in touch daily to ensure I knew what was going on during the transport, even on a Sunday. They have earned my recommendation, and I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I’ve done that.

Boris and his team at Viktoria Moving did a full service move for us and it was one of the best moving experiences we’ve ever had. His entire team (2+Boris) arrived at our house in Pickering promptly on the Friday morning and were very efficient and thorough. Each of the rooms was packed up individually with the least impact possible (you almost couldn’t tell they had been in the rooms). The following day Boris and his team picked up a few remaining items at the old house and then quickly started unpacking at the new house. We were very impressed at the attention to detail as each of the kid’s rooms in the new house was setup exactly as it was in the old house. More importantly the move finished on schedule (2 days total) and the price came in lower than what had been estimated. If you’re looking for a stress-free move I would highly suggest you go with Viktoria.
