I have to say the service was amazing! I called and scheduled the move, I received a phone confirmation on the day before the move. I received a phone call, as promised, when the team was on their way. They promised to arrive between 8-10 am and hit that window perfectly. When the team arrived, they each introduced themselves, in a very professional manner. We did a walk through of the house on what to take and what to leave. They went to work within seconds after the walk through! The team, really hustled and worked hard! I offered them some beverages and snacks, and they were very appreciative and grateful. The snacks didn’t slow them down, they kept working! They were extremely polite, and conscientious about making sure that neither house was damaged in the process of the move, they made sure to ask if they were unsure of where an item should go, and they did it all with a smile on their face. They were extremely pleasant the entire day and made moving as fun as possible. If I ever move again, I would want these guys to do it! I highly recommend Viktoria movers, especially if Alex, Marco and Greg are a representative of all employees in the company. We had tons of stuff! It was an 8 hour move and these guys left with a smile on their face, the way they arrived. The last movers I hired were horrifying, so it was especially pleasant to have such a wonderful experience. Probably the best move experience my wife and I have ever had. We have moved 5+ times in the past few years, always doing it ourselves. Viktoria Movers was one of the lowest quotes we received of the 3 companies we interviewed. They took care of the parking permit required in the city, were prompt in all responses and on move in day, and were very professional throughout the entire move. At the end of the day nothing was broken and the move took less time than expected. I would definitely use them again though I hopefully don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

My friend recommended Viktoria and I thought they were awesome. They arrived right on time and were efficient and friendly. I had stupidly not realized that my bed wouldn’t fit through the door until the AM of my move, so I was stressing about that. But one of the movers assured me it was easily taken care of, grabbed some power tools and took it apart for me in minutes.

They unloaded everything in great time at the other place, even asking me before they left if I wanted anything moved around. I really hope I don’t have to move for awhile, but if I do I would definitely use them. And would recommend them for the most stress-free moving experience you can get.

The move went beautifully. Adam, Mike, Kevin and Harold were professional and went above and beyond to help us out and work with us. This was not an easy move – 3,500 square foot house. There was a lot to do and there was not one complaint from anyone. They worked until the job was completed and did everything we asked of them. I have moved across the country three times and know that it is difficult to move without something being damaged. I was 100% pleased with Viktoria professional movers – thank you! If we ever move again, you will be the first people we call!!!

I just finished a long distance move from Buffalo using Viktoria. I wanted to use a local company because I heard that was the best policy. Service was great both ends, particularly the workers who showed up to my Buffalo apartment to do the packing. It was just me and I didn’t have the time to do a lot of prep, they handled everything and got me off to a good start. I have a lot of stuff and the old place was 5 bedrooms, so they send 4 dudes…got the place packed up in one day and all loaded up the following day. The office stayed in touch with me throughout the week to let me know how things were going and keep me in the loop. Some of the best money I’ve ever spend, this was a comforting experience. Wonderful job, you have my endorsement.
