Mike and his crew were great – They arrived on time and started right away. There were no damages to any of our furniture or to the walls/floors of our new house. Everyone at Viktoria was friendly and professional. Mike came out to give us an estimate prior to our move, and his numbers were just about right. (It took a little longer than he initially thought, but he was in the ballpark). We quoted with a couple other services and both estimated much more time and manpower. We’re very happy with the job Viktoria Movers did for us and highly recommend their services!

I just finished a long distance move from Buffalo using Viktoria. I wanted to use a local company because I heard that was the best policy. Service was great both ends, particularly the workers who showed up to my Buffalo apartment to do the packing. It was just me and I didn’t have the time to do a lot of prep, they handled everything and got me off to a good start. I have a lot of stuff and the old place was 5 bedrooms, so they send 4 dudes…got the place packed up in one day and all loaded up the following day. The office stayed in touch with me throughout the week to let me know how things were going and keep me in the loop. Some of the best money I’ve ever spend, this was a comforting experience. Wonderful job, you have my endorsement.

The crew that came were great. They knew exactly what they were doing and completed the work under the minimum time on site. Very friendly. They took apart all the beds and put them back together at the new house. Big screen TV’s (60in) they took care of it and packed it away in a box. Surprisingly, nothing was damaged during the entire process. I’ve recommended them to all my friends, and if I ever had to move again, I’d definitely use Viktoria again without a question.

They were efficient, polite, did the move quietly and with the utmost professionalism. Harrold seemed to be in charge during the move and he had his team of three working with such care unlike any I have seen with any other mover.

The guys were on time and professional. The team was polite and they were very accommodating. They helped us move furniture around to get the best fit in our space, and helped assemble furniture. One of the guys helped us move 5 months ago and it was good to see him again. Overall, the guys were fantastic. Thanks again!
