They were efficient, polite, did the move quietly and with the utmost professionalism. Harrold seemed to be in charge during the move and he had his team of three working with such care unlike any I have seen with any other mover.

The crew that came were great. They knew exactly what they were doing and completed the work under the minimum time on site. Very friendly. They took apart all the beds and put them back together at the new house. Big screen TV’s (60in) they took care of it and packed it away in a box. Surprisingly, nothing was damaged during the entire process. I’ve recommended them to all my friends, and if I ever had to move again, I’d definitely use Viktoria again without a question.

The guys were on time and professional. The team was polite and they were very accommodating. They helped us move furniture around to get the best fit in our space, and helped assemble furniture. Great experience with Viktoria, highly recommended. We moved from Toronto to Vancouver BC. The whole process from estimate, to moving day was very smooth and professional. It all had to happen on tight schedules too, as move in and move out dates were tied to new home possession for three different parties. It really was hassle free and the guys did a great job getting our stuff up and down long flights of stairs, with no damage it was very much appreciated. Very glad we chose Viktoria and would definitely use them again.

Now that the dust has settled after the move, I just want to thank the Viktoria team for making this the most painless move ever – I have moved 15 times in the last 30 years and this was the most amazing one!
