The move went great. The crew of 2 men (Adam and Boris) were highly professional and worked hard and fast! The owner of the company even came out with a piece of equipment to help make their move a bit easier! I am very pleased at the workmanship the company exudes. Besides being professional, they were very respectful of me and my possessions. Much appreciation!! Will definitely recommend Viktoria!!!

From the moment I phoned, till the moment I moved in….I have never received such awesome service. I phoned a few months ago and spoke to Maria. I was very impressed by her taking the time to explain everything. She knew I had many concerns such as my fragile furniture…house renos…and more. I was drawn to Viktoria movers because they have their ‘in house’ storage facility as well. Deep in my heart I knew my home renos might be delayed and their storage fees were very reasonable. The team that came to our place wrapped and cared for our furniture just like it was their own. They were very fast, efficient and kind. Maria followed up at every step of the way. Even while she was away on holidays!! My husband and I are very pleased. Especially because I’m 7 months pregnant and I have a toddler. The move was very smooth thanks to the team at Viktoria Movers.

Mike and his crew were great – They arrived on time and started right away. There were no damages to any of our furniture or to the walls/floors of our new house. Everyone at Viktoria was friendly and professional. Mike came out to give us an estimate prior to our move, and his numbers were just about right. (It took a little longer than he initially thought, but he was in the ballpark). We quoted with a couple other services and both estimated much more time and manpower. We’re very happy with the job Viktoria Movers did for us and highly recommend their services!

we had a most excellent experience with Viktoria. From the day Adam arrived to give us an estimate, leaving us with a professional brochure and a real sense of what they offer, it was obvious they were head and shoulders above the other two companies we interviewed. On moving day they called ahead, arrived on time and handled everything in a polite and professional manner. They were extremely careful with our belongings and residences old and new. They went above an beyond for us, even moving things around a couple of times until my husband was satisfied with their placement. The great thing is, they gave us a dollar range and the final bill was at the lower end of the estimate. Would’nt hesitate to recommend this company and we will absolutely use them again.

Probably the best move experience my wife and I have ever had. We have moved 5+ times in the past few years, always doing it ourselves. Viktoria Movers was one of the lowest quotes we received of the 3 companies we interviewed. They took care of the parking permit required in the city, were prompt in all responses and on move in day, and were very professional throughout the entire move. At the end of the day nothing was broken and the move took less time than expected. I would definitely use them again though I hopefully don’t plan on moving anytime soon.
