Viktoria Moving initially came out and gave us a free estimate for packing and moving. The person who came out was on time and was thorough. Once we selected them they sent 4 packers. They arrived on time and had all the necessary packing materials. They were very polite and patient. The household goods and furniture were going to several different locations so we had to decide on where several of the items had to go that were being packed. They did a very good job of packing and marking everything and at the same time were very quick and efficient despite our indecision on several of the items. They moved us the following day, again they were on time and were very polite and professional. The furniture and boxes were loaded very efficiently and quickly. They had to off load at two different locations which was done efficiently. There was no damage to any of the items. We were very pleased and would recommend them strongly. Their attitude and professionalism made the move much easier than we expected and they were under their estimate.

The crew that came were great. They knew exactly what they were doing and completed the work under the minimum time on site. Very friendly. They took apart all the beds and put them back together at the new house. Big screen TV’s (60in) they took care of it and packed it away in a box. Surprisingly, nothing was damaged during the entire process. I’ve recommended them to all my friends, and if I ever had to move again, I’d definitely use Viktoria again without a question.

The Viktoria team is professional from beginning to end. They provided a prompt quote, were able to accommodate our move date & time request, followed up with a confirmation call the day before our move. And then on moving day, their movers called to let us know they were arriving shortly. Kevin and his moving team was punctual to the minute, they were efficient, professional, and very courteous. I am recently separated and had to live the family home immediately for the safety of my family. I had to pack up the house and move within days. Maria has been a life saver… meaning that literally. Maria and her crew moved me to a condo and then put my contents in storage that the condo couldn’t accommodate. She has been so supportive and accommodating during a very stressful and emotional time in my life. I can not begin to thank you enough!!!! The crew were amazing!! The best ever!! We did not have a simple one day move. Our mortgage company kept pushing our closing – for 3 weeks to be exact. It got to the point where we had to be out of our existing house, but had no where to go, but a hotel. Viktoria came and got all of our household items, furniture, everything!, and moved it to their warehouse. Our things ended up being there for a week. Once we finally closed on our new home, the same crew of nice Moves moved our items very professionally into our new home. Nothing was broken. All of the employees were very courteous and polite. During that 3 week period, I spoke with Ray several times on the phone and he was always very professional as well. I can not say enough good things about Viktoria. I do not plan on moving for quite some time, but If yes I gonna use them again. I will tell any of my friends who are moving, this is the company to call. Thanks guys!
