Every single member of the crew was careful, quick, kind, efficient and professional. It was like watching 4 ninjas swiftly wrap and whisk our stuff into the truck, then out. Not a single item was damaged. They were early and ended up charging considerably less than the estimate. Excellent experience all around!!!

The move went great. The crew of 2 men (Adam and Boris) were highly professional and worked hard and fast! The owner of the company even came out with a piece of equipment to help make their move a bit easier! I am very pleased at the workmanship the company exudes. Probably the best move experience my wife and I have ever had. We have moved 5+ times in the past few years, always doing it ourselves. Viktoria Movers was one of the lowest quotes we received of the 3 companies we interviewed. They took care of the parking permit required in the city, were prompt in all responses and on move in day, and were very professional throughout the entire move. At the end of the day nothing was broken and the move took less time than expected. I would definitely use them again though I hopefully don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

we had a most excellent experience with Viktoria. From the day Adam arrived to give us an estimate, leaving us with a professional brochure and a real sense of what they offer, it was obvious they were head and shoulders above the other two companies we interviewed. On moving day they called ahead, arrived on time and handled everything in a polite and professional manner. They were extremely careful with our belongings and residences old and new. They went above an beyond for us, even moving things around a couple of times until my husband was satisfied with their placement. The great thing is, they gave us a dollar range and the final bill was at the lower end of the estimate. Would’nt hesitate to recommend this company and we will absolutely use them again.

I wanted to use a local GTA mover for my long distance move to Laval Quebec because I am skeptical about those big moving companies, better to have someone local and accountable. Viktoria came recommended from a family friend and they immediately impressed: sensible estimate, asked a bunch of questions, informative, cute voice at the office. My experience with them was very professional and capable. A good, fair price for service that it seems to me is probably the best deal better then you can expect from others. They kept in touch daily to ensure I knew what was going on during the transport, even on a Sunday. They have earned my recommendation, and I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I’ve done that.
