We moved from the family home to an apartment & items to storage in September and then apartment & items from storage to new home in February. Mike and his crew were great – They arrived on time and started right away. There were no damages to any of our furniture or to the walls/floors of our new house. Everyone at Viktoria was friendly and professional. Mike came out to give us an estimate prior to our move, and his numbers were just about right. (It took a little longer than he initially thought, but he was in the ballpark). We quoted with a couple other services and both estimated much more time and manpower. We’re very happy with the job Viktoria Movers did for us and highly recommend their services!

I just finished a long distance move from Buffalo using Viktoria. I wanted to use a local company because I heard that was the best policy. Service was great both ends, particularly the workers who showed up to my Buffalo apartment to do the packing. It was just me and I didn’t have the time to do a lot of prep, they handled everything and got me off to a good start. I have a lot of stuff and the old place was 5 bedrooms, so they send 4 dudes…got the place packed up in one day and all loaded up the following day. The office stayed in touch with me throughout the week to let me know how things were going and keep me in the loop. Some of the best money I’ve ever spend, this was a comforting experience. Wonderful job, you have my endorsement.

The team from Viktoria was AMAZING! My daughter asked for an estimate, guessing that it would take the team 6 hours, and then paid the $100.00 deposit to move both her and her new roommate into their first post-graduation apartment. The girls’ estimate was low but the movers took the extra time in stride. They were careful, polite, and funny! I would recommend them for any move!

We used Viktoria Movers for a two-part move in late 2014 and early 2015: moving our belongings from our former house into Viktoria’s storage facility, then moving into our new condo two months later. They were terrific to work with, from the initial telephone call to obtain a cost quote until the final box was placed in our new home. Maria and her crew of movers were highly professional, polite and knowledgable. They took great care of our furniture and other belongings.
