I located Viktoria Professional Movers on Homestars and also had call a couple other companies that have moved me in the past but they were booked and I needed to look for someone new. Got a quote quickly, without any weird clauses or shady language. I called just to make sure there were no surprises and booked the date. They showed up as promised and worked hard the entire time. Minor shock for me when it came time to pay the bill still no surprises, the price was exactly as quoted! I would recommend you call them for your next move if you value good service without any “gotcha!” pricing problems.

Mike and his crew were great – They arrived on time and started right away. There were no damages to any of our furniture or to the walls/floors of our new house. Everyone at Viktoria was friendly and professional. Mike came out to give us an estimate prior to our move, and his numbers were just about right. (It took a little longer than he initially thought, but he was in the ballpark). We quoted with a couple other services and both estimated much more time and manpower. We’re very happy with the job Viktoria Movers did for us and highly recommend their services!

Great experience with Viktoria, highly recommended. We moved from Toronto to Vancouver BC. The whole process from estimate, to moving day was very smooth and professional. It all had to happen on tight schedules too, as move in and move out dates were tied to new home possession for three different parties. It really was hassle free and the guys did a great job getting our stuff up and down long flights of stairs, with no damage it was very much appreciated. Very glad we chose Viktoria and would definitely use them again.

I cannot say how happy we are with Viktoria Movers, AGAIN. I called them 2 yrs ago to pack and move my 1st floor while we renovated, and they were excellent. Delicate china all intact, the giant heavy glass and brass china cabinet– scary for me to watch but they didn’t even break a sweat. So when it came time to move to a new house this year, I didn’t hesitate to call on Viktoria again for both packing and moving. I thought the estimate was great– they gave a high and low of the range (I assumed that we would come in on the high end, we have a LOT of stuff). On packing day, showed up right on time, got the lay of the land, and got down to work. Jammed all day, and got the entire house (which was a semi-detached, but every closet was FULL and the basement, while organized with lots of shelving, was quite full also) done in the time they said they would. They advised that we’d need another guy and another truck on moving day, which we both appreciated the professionalism and of course approved, and on Moving Day, again, came right on time, and got down to it. Loading was quicker than my husband (a former mover) expected. Unloading at our new house took a bit of time b/c of the stairs and some narrow passages, but they moved like a well oiled machine. My husband and I helped direct traffic, and we got it done well before dark in a reasonable amount of time. Every interaction I have with Viktoria Movers is super professional and also very friendly. They take the time to listen to you and work with you, they are very patient and know that moving is a stressful time. They answered all my questions in the time leading up to the move, and even after the move as well. I recommend them to everyone I know in the GTA, and my husband has recommended them for office moves as well. Keep up the good work folks!

Thanks so much for prompt, reliable, professional service. We moved from the family home to an apartment & items to storage in September and then apartment & items from storage to new home in February.
