Mike and his crew were great – They arrived on time and started right away. There were no damages to any of our furniture or to the walls/floors of our new house. Everyone at Viktoria was friendly and professional. Mike came out to give us an estimate prior to our move, and his numbers were just about right. (It took a little longer than he initially thought, but he was in the ballpark). We quoted with a couple other services and both estimated much more time and manpower. I used Viktoria to pack up my belongings and move to my new home. With a 5 man crew they were able to do this efficiently in around 6 hours and for much less than the estimated price. Everything was well packed, so there was no damage to anything. There was one small issue which my contact at Viktoria was able to resolve very quickly. All I need to do now is arrange for all the used packing materials to be picked up!

Boris and his team at Viktoria Moving did a full service move for us and it was one of the best moving experiences we’ve ever had. His entire team (2+Boris) arrived at our house in Pickering promptly on the Friday morning and were very efficient and thorough. Each of the rooms was packed up individually with the least impact possible (you almost couldn’t tell they had been in the rooms). The following day Boris and his team picked up a few remaining items at the old house and then quickly started unpacking at the new house. We were very impressed at the attention to detail as each of the kid’s rooms in the new house was setup exactly as it was in the old house. More importantly the move finished on schedule (2 days total) and the price came in lower than what had been estimated. If you’re looking for a stress-free move I would highly suggest you go with Viktoria.

I just finished a long distance move from Buffalo using Viktoria. I wanted to use a local company because I heard that was the best policy. Service was great both ends, particularly the workers who showed up to my Buffalo apartment to do the packing. It was just me and I didn’t have the time to do a lot of prep, they handled everything and got me off to a good start. I have a lot of stuff and the old place was 5 bedrooms, so they send 4 dudes…got the place packed up in one day and all loaded up the following day. The office stayed in touch with me throughout the week to let me know how things were going and keep me in the loop. Some of the best money I’ve ever spend, this was a comforting experience. Wonderful job, you have my endorsement.

I did about 90% of the packing myself so when the movers arrived they moved quickly to assemble boxes on dollies and efficiently packed them into a truck. They applied packing paper to furniture pieces and layered that with plastic film (additional cost). They explained the use of the paper layering was more protective to the furniture than just applying plastic film only. For items that still needed to be packed, the crew helped place them in boxes and taped them shut. I advised the lead person that I would work on packing the remaining items from my office but perhaps didn’t emphasize enough that I needed to be present to determine what would remain so some items were inadvertently packed. Upon arrival at the storage unit, they managed to pack my household goods into a unit a bit smaller than what I ultimately needed (no fault of the moving company). I ended up purchasing an additional storage unit for the remainder of the overflow. During the moving process the company owner made a site visit to check on his staff and reinforced their intent to meet my needs as the customer. I appreciated that effort. The moving staff were kind and professional. I highly recommend this moving company.
